Owner of Nick’s Mini Golf reflects on the success of the brand’s first summer and shares plans for the future

Nick’s Mini Golf continues to grow in his success of bringing family friendly fun to the beach. A love for the game and a love for the beach made for the perfect business model for Nick Geracimos, owner of Nick’s Mini Golf. Opening for business for the first time in 2015, in 2022 Nick’s Mini Golf has expanded to a total of 8 locations spanning all across Ocean City, Maryland and up into Delaware Beaches.
Nick explains “It’s all about the complete guest EXPERIENCE… While they are here on their vacation we want them to remember Nick’s Mini Golf as a highlight of their trip. Some of these families have looked forward to it since last year and there is no better compliment than seeing mini golfers of all ages playing the new locations while still returning to see the updates at the older locations. It is important that every course is at 100% every day.” That’s why Nick’s Mini Golf focuses on how each course is designed with its own unique twist. The Hawaiian themed 18-holes of 57th street Maui Golf is an entirely different experience than making your way up to Bethany Beach for Nick’s Dinoland with interactive moving dinosaurs or New to Bethany this year, Captain Nick’s Pirate Golf and Arcade.
Each course’s theme is brought to life with elements that transport you and your family into a whole new world – in just 18 holes! At 18th Street Jurassic Golf, there are interactive dinosaurs, a playground and a Nick’s Golf Hummer. At 125th Street a HUGE addition is the Dino Golf and Mining Company where kids can also mine for gems, rubies and fossils. Geracimos says, “This new attraction is the perfect compliment to Mini Golf, it is great for a wide range of ages and types of people, and kids will get to take something home with them to remember their time at Nick’s Golf.” A local favorite attraction is the LIVE ANIMALS brought to some locations that make a weekly appearance at 146th street Golf Down Under and Dewey Beach Golf!
