The month of June is full of fun and exciting events in Ocean City. Whether you’re searching for family-friendly events, food and drink events, live music or free festivals, you’ll have plenty of options to choose from. June 7-Aug. 30: Sundaes in the Park & Fireworks
Looking for a rocking way to spend your Sunday evenings? Head over to Northside Park, where the tunes are rockin’ and the vibes are cool! It’s the ultimate family concert series, complete with FREE music that spans the gamut from country to rock, and tribute bands to oldies. But that’s not all – kids can indulge in a plethora of free activities and entertainment, while you indulge in some delicious ice cream (available for purchase). And if you’re thirsty for more, there are other beverage options available too.
So pack up your picnic basket and beach chairs, and settle in for a night of musical magic. Watch the sun set over the stunning Assawoman Bay as you tap your toes to your favorite tunes. Then, stick around afterward for fireworks! It’s Sundaes in the Park, and it’s the sweetest way to spend your Sunday! June 7 – August 30, 2026. Northside Park 127th Street and the Bay. June 13: OC Air Show
The OC Air Show returns on June 13th & 14th in Ocean City, Maryland! Head to the beach for a weekend of sky-high excitement. This year’s show will feature the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds and more! Check back soon for more information!
June 13-14: Songbirds of the Swamp
During June 13 – 14 Songbirds of the Swamp event, we’ll search for warblers, vireos, flycatchers, tanagers and more as we explore the swamps and upland forests of the Pocomoke River and Nassawango Creek by kayak, canoe and on foot. We’ll also venture into the nearby Chincoteague Bay watershed to search for birds of the coastal marshes, and sample some Chincoteague Bay oysters with our friends at Baywater Seafood! You must register for this event. Cost invlolved.
June 25-28: Annual Battle for the Buckle Tournament
Battle for the Buckle is Ocean City, Maryland’s first and only exclusive Saltwater Cowboy fishing tournament. We are expecting over 150 anglers to join us for the 3rd annual tournament from June 25-28, 2026. The tournament benefits the Believe in Tomorrow™ Children’s Foundation.
