Assateague State Park

Assateague State Park is Maryland’s only oceanfront park, located on Assateague Island. The state park offers several interpretive programs that can teach all ages about Assateague’s natural environment and wildlife. Take a bayside canoe and kayak tour at Assateague State Park. One of the park’s naturalist staff members will take you out to paddle along the Sinepuxent Bay.
