Winner of Ocean City’s Beauty Spot Award, The Bayside Skillet is located on the bayfront of Ocean City, Maryland. We serve only the freshest fruits available grown both locally and from around the globe, overstuffed omelettes, gourmet crepes, and ice cold freshly squeezed juices. Morning cocktails such as Mimosas, Orange Crushes, and Wakeup Calls are created using the freshest ingredients. Our homemade Bloody Mary’s can be made “spicy” or “not-spicy” and are served in old-bay rimmed glasses. Dine on our delicious Eastern Shore Jumbo Lump Crabcakes, blackened prime rib, fresh Atlantic salmon, jumbo lump crab cocktail.

As you might be able to glean from the hand-painted parking bumpers, strawberries are everywhere and in everything at The Bayside Skillet. The one-and-only strawberry blintz omelette features a sweet-egg omelette with fresh strawberries, cream cheese, and brown sugar—if it sounds good to you, you will love it. You can start your breakfast with a bountiful bowl of our biggest and best strawberries with homemade creme chantilly, cool down anytime with strawberry crushes and mimosas, or complete a meal with fried strawberries or chocolate covered strawberries.
During the summer season, The Bayside Skillet offers outdoor waterfront dining on our pet friendly deck.
We are happy to accommodate any of your special dietary needs and ensure proper handling of your meal. We DO NOT have peanut oil on our premises. We have a plethora of gluten-free choices for breakfast and lunch. Please do not hesitate to call in advance to speak with a manager about a special dietary need.
The Bayside Skillet DOES NOT accept reservations for breakfast. Do not be intimidated by our daily lines in the summer, when the weather is good we can seat over 350 guests. Parties of 6 or less generally wait 5-7 minutes, weather permitting. When there is a short wait, our policy requires all members of your party to be present before we can seat you. Larger groups and parties of 12 or more are encouraged to call ahead so we can do our best to prepare for your arrival.
